This User Agreement applies to the business that opens a Indexos account and to each authorized user of that account.
Draft for review
This document is a working template. It must be reviewed and finalized by counsel, together with your issuing bank and program partners, before Indexos accepts customers.
The account is held by the business entity identified during onboarding. The individual who submits the application represents that they are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business and to bind the business to the resulting agreements.
We are required to verify your business and its beneficial owners. You agree to provide accurate business information, identification, and supporting documentation, and to update it when it changes.
You may connect a business bank account for verification, underwriting, and payment. Connections are read-only and are made through a third-party provider. Indexos does not receive or store your online banking credentials.
The account owner may grant access to team members at defined levels, such as Admin, Manager, Cardholder, and Viewer. The business is responsible for the actions of every user it authorizes and for removing access promptly when a person leaves.
Limits, allowed categories, auto-lock dates, and receipt policies are set by the business. Indexos applies the rules you configure; you remain responsible for choosing appropriate rules.
Amounts owed are payable in accordance with your statement and any applicable financing agreement. You authorize us and our partners to debit the payment method you designate for amounts you authorize.
Report suspected errors or unauthorized transactions promptly. Dispute rights and timelines are governed by the applicable network rules and by your agreement with the issuing bank.
Any fees applicable to your account will be disclosed to you before they apply. Fees may vary by program and may change with notice.
You agree to retain receipts and supporting documentation as required by your own tax and accounting obligations. Records available in the dashboard are provided for convenience.
Either party may close the account in accordance with the applicable agreements. Outstanding balances remain payable, and pending transactions may continue to post after closure.
